Where does my help come from?

This is the verse that I keep getting over and over and over again through all of this. In a time, when I am completely dependent on others, I can't even wash my own hair without help, lift much or sit back without pain, I realize how very needy I am.  More than needing other people, it is a very humble reminder that I am daily in need of God's strength, God's help, God's provision.  How very foolish am I to think that I can do anything without Him, the giver of life. I can rest assure that even when I am weak that He is strong, capable and watching over my life.

Here's the complete Psalm:
Psalm 121

I lift up my eyes to the mountains—
    where does my help come from?
My help comes from the Lord,
    the Maker of heaven and earth.
He will not let your foot slip—
    he who watches over you will not slumber;
indeed, he who watches over Israel
    will neither slumber nor sleep.
The Lord watches over you—
    the Lord is your shade at your right hand;
the sun will not harm you by day,
    nor the moon by night.
The Lord will keep you from all harm
    he will watch over your life;
the Lord will watch over your coming and going
    both now and forevermore.
